Stuffed Capsicum




1) Take some oil in a pan, add garam masala, jeera, onions, salt & fry until brown.
Now add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric & fry for some more time.
2) Grind few tomatoes & add the paste to the fried onions, add dhanya powder, jeera
powder, chilli powder and cook until the oil separates.

Capsicum Stuffing:
3) Simultaneously fry potatoes and whatever vegetables you like with some salt,chilli
powder & dhanya powder.
4) cut the capsicum into half & stuff them with the above paste.
5) oil the capsicum walls & bake them in the oven at 450 F for 20-25minutes.

6) Meanwhile the oil might've separated from the tomato-onion gravy, now add the
coconut powder & cook for 5mins.
7) Now carefully place the baked stuffed capsicum in the gravy & cook for another
5mins.
8) Garnish with coriander.
